The world's most starred chef will open a restaurant and bar within the Cartier Foundation in 2026. When contemporary art meets haute cuisine.

Autumn 2026 will mark a turning point in the Parisian gastronomic landscape. Anne-Sophie Pic, holder of eight Michelin stars around the world, will set up shop at the Cartier Foundation for Contemporary Art, in a new restaurant that promises to revolutionize the meeting between art and gastronomy.

A Strategic Installation

The Cartier Foundation, which left its emblematic building in the 14th arrondissement to set up on rue de Rivoli, opposite the Louvre, called on the chef from Valentin to enhance its new address. Completely redesigned by architect Jean Nouvel, this exceptional place will host an experience where art can be enjoyed as much as it is contemplated.

This installation will accompany the closure of La Dame de Pic Paris, the Michelin-starred restaurant that the chef opened on Rue du Louvre in 2012. One chapter closes, another opens.

The Art of Impregnation

Anne-Sophie Pic has developed over the years a unique culinary philosophy that she calls “Impregnation”. This approach, centered on infusions and surprising aromatic associations, seeks to capture the very essence of ingredients to create deep sensory experiences.

An Exceptional Bar

For the first time in Paris, Anne-Sophie Pic will also offer a bar. In collaboration with Paz Levinson, sommelier of the Pic group, she is developing a cocktail menu that will extend the restaurant's culinary experience. The mixological creations will be a continuation of its impregnation philosophy, for perfect harmony between the plate and the glass.

An Art & Gastronomy Dialogue

The Cartier Foundation wanted to enrich its offering with a leading gastronomic dimension. The idea: to allow visitors to understand contemporary art not only through sight, but also through taste. Anne-Sophie Pic's restaurant will not be a simple "museum restaurant", but a work in its own right, integrated into the artistic journey.

With establishments in Valence, Lausanne, Hong Kong, Bangkok and Dubai, not forgetting her collaborations with Dior for the house's cafés and restaurants in China and Japan, Anne-Sophie Pic embodies French gastronomic excellence throughout the world.
