02Can I book a personal trainer for just one session?
Absolutely. Our services are available individually or as a weekly package. You can book a one-off session, an intensive program over several days, or a daily routine for the entirety of your stay. We adapt to your schedule.
03Are yoga teachers and Pilates coaches certified?
All our speakers are certified by internationally recognized organizations (Yoga Alliance, BASI Pilates, Stott, etc.), have proven experience working with high-end clients and speak at least two languages. We check their diplomas, professional insurance and references.
04In which destinations do you offer your wellness services?

05How far in advance do you need to book?
Ideally 48 to 72 hours before the desired intervention, to guarantee the availability of the ideal service provider. However, our express service allows us to respond to requests made the same day, depending on current availability. A late request is never a problem: it is a mission.

Almost all of the services available in institutes can be carried out at home: high-performance facial treatments, massages, hair removal, drainage, Russian manicure, nail art, nail application, pedicure, cutting and coloring, formal hairstyles, day and evening makeup, wedding makeup trial. Yes. We regularly organize private wellness retreats for groups of friends, families, birthdays, bachelorette parties, corporate seminars. We can mobileize several teachers simultaneously, create a tailor-made thematic program and integrate well-being services into a global experience including gastronomy, floral design and scenography.
08Do you offer personalized wellness programs over several days?
Naturally. We develop multi-day programs combining sport, yoga, beauty treatments and nutrition, in coordination with a private chef if you wish.
