Prestige Weekend · Strasbourg · 48h

How to turn a weekend in Strasbourg into an unforgettable experience — minute by minute, location by location.

A weekend in Strasbourg can be pleasant. With a private concierge, it becomes exceptional. Here is the program that we design for our most demanding clients: 48 hours of immersion in confidential Strasbourg, that of insiders, gourmets and lovers of beauty.

Friday evening: arrival

6:00 p.m. — Transfer from the airport or train station

Our driver waits for you at the exit of the TGV Strasbourg station (2h18 from Paris) or at Strasbourg-Entzheim airport. Mercedes S Class sedan or Range Rover SUV depending on your preferences. The journey to your accommodation is an opportunity for a first briefing on the weekend program.

7:00 p.m. — Installation in an exceptional apartment

We have selected a prestigious apartment for you: view of the cathedral from the terrace, 150 m² in a restored 18th century building, or contemporary penthouse in the Orangerie district. Bouquet of fresh flowers, chilled Bollinger champagne, Diptyque welcome products, cashmere bathrobes.

8:30 p.m. — Dinner at Buerehiesel

Éric Westermann perpetuates gastronomic excellence in the Orangerie park. Our private reservation in the back lounge allows for an intimate dinner around the “Signature” menu: Alsace foie gras in symphony, Rhine pike perch, frozen soufflé with Marc de Gewurztraminer. Wine pairing selected by the house sommelier.

Saturday: secret Strasbourg

08:30 — Breakfast at the covered market

The covered market of Strasbourg, rue du Vieux-Marché-aux-Poissons, is a gastronomic temple. Our guide will take you there for a walking breakfast: fresh Kougelhopf from the artisan baker, coffee roasted on site, seasonal fruits from market gardeners in the Alsace plain.

10:00 a.m. — Private tour of Notre-Dame Cathedral

Exclusive access to areas usually closed to the public: the platform of the astronomical clock commented by a curator, the climb on the spire with 360° view of Alsace, the Black Forest and the Vosges. The astronomical clock, a masterpiece of the Renaissance, reveals its mechanical secrets in a silence that only a private visit guarantees.

12:30 p.m. — Lunch at Julien Binz

A Michelin star, signature cuisine that reinvents Alsatian classics with surgical precision. Chef Julien Binz in Ammerschwihr (30 minutes from Strasbourg) offers a 7-course lunch which illustrates the new Alsatian gastronomy: French technique, local products, Japanese elegance.

3:00 p.m. — Walk on Petite France and the Vauban dam

The Petite France district - half-timbered houses reflected in the Ill, medieval locks, flowered terraces - can be discovered differently with a private historian guide. The Vauban dam offers the most beautiful panoramic view of Strasbourg. Our guide contextualizes each stone, each facade, each anecdote.

5:00 p.m. — Private shopping session

Our personal shopper will take you to the confidential addresses: Hermès rue des Halberdes (access to the reserve on request), the ceramists in the museum district, the antique dealers on the Quai des Bateliers. Each store is notified of your arrival; the pre-selected pieces are waiting for you.

8:00 p.m. — Dinner in a secret cellar

The highlight of the weekend: a dinner for 8 people in the 15th century vaulted cellars of a Strasbourg mansion. Star chef at the helm, candlelight, Alsace Grand Cru wines served by the magnum. A timeless moment that only our network can organize.

Sunday: Alsatian sweetness

09:00 — Brunch at Régent Petite France

View of the canals of Petite France, continental brunch with Alsatian specialties: salmonflammeküeche, Bibeleskaes with herbs, artisanal pastries, pressed juices. Service on the terrace when the weather permits.

11:00 a.m. — Excursion on the Wine Route

Departure for a morning on the Wine Route: Obernai, Ribeauvillé, Riquewihr. Private tasting at a Grand Cru winemaker, visit to a medieval castle, lunch in an authentic winstub in Kaysersberg. Return to Strasbourg by 4:00 p.m.

4:30 p.m. — Return transfer

Our driver will accompany you to the station or airport. A box of Alsatian specialties — selected during the weekend — awaits you in the car.

“Every minute of this weekend is designed so that you only have one thing to do: live in the moment. The rest is our job. »
