The idea was born from a spontaneous request: a couple passionate about opera wanted a private recital in their living room. The experience was so memorable that it spread. This year, 3 families asked us to organize “private artist residencies” — intimate cultural experiences that transform their property into an exceptional place for a weekend.
Residence n°1: The tenor of the Opéra du Rhin
A couple of collectors, property of character in the Alsatian vineyard. 18 handpicked guests. The program:
- Friday evening — Welcome dinner prepared by a starred chef, food and wine pairing with a wine route sommelier
- Saturday afternoon — 90-minute private recital by a tenor from the Opéra national du Rhin. Arias by Puccini, Verdi, Massenet, in the property's music room
- Saturday evening — Gastronomic dinner in the presence of the artist. The guests discuss opera, vocal technique and stage life with him
- Sunday morning — Brunch and private tour of a Grand Cru winery with the winemaker
Residence No. 2: The chef who cooked in a barn
A family with a restored 17th century barn in the Northern Vosges. The idea: transform the barn into a pop-up restaurant for an evening.
- Installation — Tables set with exceptional crockery and glassware, candle lighting, country floral arrangement
- The chef — A former assistant at a three-star restaurant, reconverting to ultra-premium local cuisine
- The menu — 8 courses inspired by the Vosges region: game, wild mushrooms, mountain cheeses, local honey
- The atmosphere — 24 guests, background cello music, fireplace. A timeless evening
Residence No. 3: The outdoor painting workshop
An entrepreneur passionate about contemporary art. Its property overlooks the vineyard with a 180° view of the Alsace plain.
- The artist — A recognized painter of the Alsatian scene, invited in residence for 3 days
- The workshop — Open-air installation in the property's grounds. Canvases, easels, pigments
- The masterclass — On Saturday afternoon, the artist leads a workshop for 10 guests. Everyone leaves with their canvas
- The private exhibition — The works created during the residency are exhibited on the property during an intimate opening on Sunday evening

Do you need an exceptional property?
No. We have organized residencies in Haussmann apartments, town houses, and mountain chalets. The main thing is the atmosphere, not the surface area.
How long does it take to organize?
Minimum 4 to 6 weeks for a format sstandard. 8 to 12 weeks for a nationally known artist. Planning includes rehearsals, logistics, and coordination with gastronomic providers.
