The role: City Manager
As City Manager, you are the face of Adopte une Conciergerie in your area. You will drive the business’s growth locally and ensure the day-to-day smooth running of the properties under your care.
It is a hybrid role combining business development and operational management: ideal for entrepreneurial individuals who want to build something tangible.
Business Development
- Identify and meet with property owners interested in having their properties managed
- Prospect locally and build a strong network in your town
- Grow the portfolio of properties under management
Operational management
- Organise viewings, check-ins/check-outs and property inspections
Maintain day-to-day relationships with owners and guests
- Coordinate cleaning teams and monitor the quality of services
- - Handling unexpected issues for guests promptly and professionally
- Overseeing the technical maintenance of properties: minor repairs, coordinating maintenance work
The profile we are looking for :
