The Villa Experience

Positioned in the highest part of the estate, Villa Tessera enjoys one of the most desirable settings within the domain, offering elevated views, remarkable privacy and privileged proximity to the hotel, of which it is the closest villa.

Entirely set on one level, the property reveals elegant, light-filled interiors designed to flow naturally toward the outdoors. The main living space is generous and refined, opening seamlessly through large sliding glass doors onto the terraces and sea-facing exterior spaces.

On one side, an intimate patio courtyard extends into a shaded summer dining area, ideal for long Mediterranean lunches and elegant al fresco evenings. On the other, the main terrace opens onto a soothing horizon line, inviting complete relaxation in a peaceful and highly exclusive atmosphere.

The south-facing infinity pool enjoys full privacy and optimal sun exposure throughout the day. Every detail of the villa has been conceived to deliver an immediate sense of calm, beauty and discreet sophistication.
